Procedures for appointments:  

Masks are required.  We are a healthcare setting so masks are still required.  You may wear your own or use one we provide.  A symptom screening will be done that includes cough, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.   

A 2 week waiting period is required if you or anyone in your household tests positive for COVID-19 or has direct contact with anyone testing positive. 

We require patients to wash hands, sanitize or wear gloves for appointments.  

We ask that you do not bring additional people with you to your appointment, unless medically necessary.
